Bible Study End of Year Party
Today, our Bible study group hosted an end of year party near the church. Kenser, Marianne, and I were all able to attend. We had a lot of fun talking, playing Frisbee and 9 Square In The Air, and exploring the place where we may have Bible study next year. It was so cozy and inviting! We also met a rising freshman who'll be attending our school and will probably join our Bible study!
I’m truly so grateful for all of these people. Each Friday morning throughout the school year, I walked into school feeling lighter, more refreshed, and filled with a kind of peace that I didn’t feel on any other day. There’s something really special about starting your day surrounded by people who love God and genuinely care about each other. It always helped set a positive tone for the rest of my week.
Looking back, I’m especially thankful that Kenser told me about our Bible study group last August. It ended up becoming one of the most meaningful parts of my school year. I grew not just in my faith, but also in connection with others. People like Marianne, Catherine, and so many others helped create a space that felt welcoming and uplifting every single week. It’s rare to find a group where you can learn, grow, laugh, and feel comfortable just being yourself. Can't wait for next year!
